Parking available at Joe's Cycles!
We have been in the notary and PennDOT services business a very long time. We started FIRST CLASS AUTO TAGs to continue using our 40 years of experience to help others. When we started, we offered all of the core services such as title transfers, license restoration, and notary services. Now we have grown to offer additional services to our customers such as FBI fingerprint and even traveling notary services. I hope you find our little abode (inside Joe's Cycle's) a comfortable place to do business. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know!

Huge thanks to Michelle and Emily! They made the Title Registration process for my Canadian import car smooth and stress-free. They are super knowledgeable and straightforward to work with. Thanks so much!
